Our goal is to help you get your products to your customers quickly and securely, with Next Day and 48-Hour Delivery options. Please read our shipping policy to understand the terms and conditions of our services.

Shipping Services Offered

We offer two main delivery options:

  • Next Day Delivery: For shipments that need to be delivered the next business day.
  • 48-Hour Delivery: For shipments that can be delivered within two business days.

Both options are designed to ensure timely delivery while maintaining the highest levels of service.

Delivery Areas

Our delivery services are available across Kuwait. We serve a variety of locations, including urban and suburban areas, ensuring that SMEs and SoHo businesses can benefit from our reliable last-mile delivery services.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • Delivery Distance: The distance between the origin and destination.
  • Package Size and Weight: Larger or heavier packages may incur higher shipping fees.
  • Service Type: Next Day Delivery may incur a higher fee compared to 48-Hour Delivery.

Order Processing and Cut-Off Times

To ensure timely delivery, orders must be placed before our cut-off time:

  • For Next Day Delivery: Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM (noon) on the business day before delivery.
  • For 48-Hour Delivery: Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM (noon) for delivery within two business days.

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your shipment is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey. You can track the status of your shipment on our website or by contacting our customer service team.

Delivery Times

We aim to deliver your packages within the specified SLA:

  • Next Day Delivery: Delivered by the end of the next business day.
  • 48-Hour Delivery: Delivered within two business days from the time of dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic conditions, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Confirmation

A delivery confirmation will be provided once your package is delivered. This will include a proof of delivery (POD) which may be in the form of a signed receipt from the recipient or photographic evidence in cases where the recipient is unavailable.

Undeliverable Shipments

If we are unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the recipient being unavailable to accept delivery, or other issues outside our control, we will attempt to resolve the issue. If the package remains undeliverable after multiple attempts, it will be returned to the sender or stored for pick-up (subject to additional charges).

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including the recipient's full name, contact details, and address. Any discrepancies in the delivery details may lead to delays or unsuccessful deliveries, for which Enter Logistics will not be held liable.

Shipping Insurance

While our team takes great care in handling your packages, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. Enter Logistics is not liable for any loss or damage during transit, except as required by law or when the shipment is insured.
